Hui Feng operates a modern footwear manufacturing facility covering approximately 5,000 square meters, with five production floors integrating cutting, stitching, lasting, finishing, warehousing, and sample development.
The warehouse occupies around 2,000 square meters and can store up to 80,000 pairs of finished shoes. Supported by a modern ERP-based management system, every order is efficiently tracked and managed to ensure accuracy, transparency, and on-time delivery.
Each leather material is carefully selected and inspected from the source. Our cutting team ensures material consistency and quality control before production begins.
Equipped with one stitching production line and over 50 grouped workstations, balancing handcrafted quality with efficient output to meet both urgent and premium orders.
With two modern production lines and (110)180+ skilled workers, our factory combines traditional craftsmanship with semi-automated processes, achieving a daily output of 5,000+ pairs of leather footwear.
Backed by over 30 years of leather finishing experience, we ensure consistent quality across different styles and batches, with reliable lead times and flexible scheduling when needed.
Design & Development Strength
Hui Feng is supported by a professional 28-member design and development team, capable of developing over 3,000 new styles annually.
We provide full OEM and ODM services, including structure optimization, material selection, and private labeling. Custom samples can be completed within 7 days, allowing clients to test and launch products efficiently. All existing styles are made with full-grain cow leather or sheep leather, ensuring premium material standards.
